2. What we collect

Name and email address, to create your access and send your login details
Order information — what you bought, when, and the order reference
Messages you send us, so we can answer and keep a record of your case
Basic technical data from your visit — browser, device, approximate location, pages viewed

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Digistore24.

3. Why we use it

To deliver what you bought — creating access and sending your login (performance of a contract)
To support you — answering questions and handling refunds (contract and legitimate interest)
To keep records required for tax and accounting (legal obligation)
To send you emails about the course, and marketing only where you have consented — you can unsubscribe from any email, at any time, with one click

4. Who else sees it

Digistore24 — payment processing and reselling; they are a controller in their own right for the transaction

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for the advertising of others.

5. International transfers

Some providers process data outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on recognised safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission.

6. How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept while your access is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support messages are kept for as long as they are useful for your case. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

This course is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
